Teresa’s projects range from Mountain Homes in the West to City/Suburban homes in the East and most recently Coastal Homes.Teresa’s first career was at the White House in Washington D.C., as an event manager for functions all over the world. Her success in that role was due to her keen eye for presenting a subject, her attention to detail and precise project management skills. While traveling the world Teresa was exposed to a myriad of cultures which helped her develop a passion for design. After leaving the political arena she entered George Washington University and graduated with a degree in Interior Design.
Over the past few years, while working on a variety of projects from all different parts of the country, the central theme for all of her design projects has been creating a home where you can live – not a slick magazine cover for show.
“The best design scenario is to start with your architect and builder, to ensure that the spaces are adequate for your needs. I become another set of eyes for you as I work hand in hand with your architect and builder. I can visualize the space and create a concept for the complete plan of a home from space planning requirements, furniture, fabric, lighting and accessory/color selections.”
The end result is a beautiful environment that you will be able to function in on a daily basis.
